The Soul of Poetry (Art-Your-Self)

This month of February we launched our first art -yourself -whole better known as The Soul poetry Workshop, which composed of many artists from several different locations in and throughout the United States. 

We had artists from California to Oklahoma to Philadelphia, and our home base Gary Indiana. In my opinion this program was a success because we had guest- artists & about 15 participants join us week to week every Thursday for five consecutive weeks.

We shared our art, we shared laughter & freestyle poetry. We came and experienced the writing process together. We commune in sacred space. Our lives are enriched through poetry, through expression, and the necessity to commune the necessity to be heard, and valued. Knowing that Art is Worthy to be expressed.
